Speaking of live, we will be having breaks soon starting with the 2019 Bowman Draft Jumbo Case player break that is on sale right now on Ebay, link in the description below to our latest listings. Best part of the breaks is that all prices are inclusive of shipping that way you never have to worry about inflated shipping and handling fees, because it's free! So starting of with the highest sale of sports cards this month, it goes to the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card , graded at 7 Near Mint. Beautiful card that definitely commanded the high price it received of $97,700.00 with 59 bids placed on it. As you can see the card is a great looking piece, with the only blemish is the off centering. It has sharp edges and corners and no visible surface markings. It looks like someone made a great investment as the vintage card market is skyrocketing right now. Number 2 on the list is a basketball card and due to the recently popular TV documentary on Michael Jordan, It's a 2003 Upper Deck Exquisite Limited Logos Michael Jordan Card that has the Chicago Bulls Patch and Autograph, this card is numbered to 75. This card was graded by Beckett at a 9.5 Gem Mint with Perfect Centering. The autograph was also graded as a 10. The final price on this card with 51 bids is $66,124.00 Number 3 on the list is the 2007 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Kevin Durant Rookie Card which happens to be his Rookie Patch Autograph card numbered to 35. This one is graded by Beckett Services at a 9, Mint Condition with a Pristine Centering grade of 10. The drawback on this specific card was the 8.5 grading on the edges, otherwise it's a very good looking card with the on card autograph. The final price on this card with 35 bids on Ebay was $55,255.00. Number 4 on the top 10 list is the Old school pre black ball era 1909 T206 Ty Cobb Red Back Portrait graded a PSA 7 Near Mint which sold for $30,100.00 on 47 Ebay bids. Beautiful card sharp all the way around with slight off centering. Number 5 on the list is another Michael Jordan card, happens to be his 1986 1987 Fleer Rookie Card in a Beckett 9.5 grade of Gem Mint with Pristine Centering. Hard to find a better card on the market than this one, with all the Michael Jordan cards being hot now, not surprised this sold for $26,100.00 on heavy bidding from 74 bids on Ebay. Number 6 on the list is a vintage 1954 Topps Henry Aaron card graded in Near Mint condition from PSA at an 8. The card is off centered a bit and from the looks of it generated a pretty generous grade but that did not stop this card from generating 61 bids with the ending price of $25,100.00 on Ebay. Number 7 on the list is also another Michael Jordan Rookie card, the 1986 1987 Fleer Rookie Card in a SGC grade of 9.5 a Gem Mint Card. This one sold for $24,600 with 37 Ebay bids on it. Great looking card, preserved real well with those bright colors, no fading at all. Number 8 on the top 10 list is another basketball card, they are so hot these days as buyers all over the world are bidding on NBA cards now. This one is the 2006 2007 Upper Deck Black Rookie Patch Autograph Logo Man numbered 1 of 1. This card is not grade but has been authenticated by Beckett Grading Services. Great looking one of a kind card of one of the NBA greats. Number 9 is a vintage card, the 1948 Leaf Stan Musial Rookie Card with a high grade of 8 from PSA, a near mint card. This card looks off centered top to bottom, but the edges and corners are sharp and well kept. This garnered a winning bid of $22,322.00 on 44 bids on Ebay. The last card of the top 10 highest sales in all sports cards for the month of may so far is of course another Michael Jordan Rookie card , graded a gem mint 9.5 from Beckett. This card sold for $22,322.00 on 20 Ebay bids. Coincidence or not it was exactly the same amount sold for the Stan Musial card listed at number 9. The cards had different sellers so looks like there is nothing shady here, but one never knows for sure, I'm sure some people have something to say about that, and if you do please comment below in the comment section.
